We have dealt with this company regularly for over 10 years.
They always give supper quick turn around.
They have just done a repair to our machine and really pulled out the stops to get back to us without delay, greatly appreciated Thank you!

We are so impressed with our KSF 3 Metalic Elephant machine! Purchasing all the way from Australia we couldn't be more pleased. As well as the AMAZING service from our contact Vincent! We are excited for a long term relationship and can't wait to get foiling!!
Thanks guys :)

I am very happy with my purchase, a KSF 3 machine. As soon as I asked for information, they treated me very kindly, advising me to make the right purchase. It's a great machine and although I was nervous to use it at first, it was very easy to do. I will continue practicing so that one day they will feel proud that one of their machines is here in Mexico doing beautiful things.
Thank you to all the team and the real boss ;)
With Love, Pily

I just recently bought the KSF 3 machine and I'm super satisfied. The customer service, feedback and help from Metallic Elephant is absolutely amazing.
The machine is totally robust, high quality and easy to use.

The transaction, from the first contact to the delivery (in my case to Germany) was uncomplicated and smooth.

I am very satisfied and can fully recommend Metallic Elephant. I look forward to my upcoming projects.

I have been extremely happy with my purchase. Vincent was and continues to be very helpful, and quick to answer questions, both before and after my purchase. The machine is beautifully made, nicely designed and very high quality. I purchased the KSF3. There’s a bit of experimentation needed to master it, but overall, i have had very good print results. I would highly recommend. I created a Facebook page for owners to share printing tips and troubleshoot, @MetallicElephantFoilPrinters

Metallic Elephant are my "go to guys" for fast turn around tooling, excellent machine service and there's no shortage of wisdom when it comes to hot metal questions and foil solutions. Vincent and his team feel like an extension of our own tool shop. They're so attentive an co-operative.
